Unless otherwise stated, all listings are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation provided. Do you ship to third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection addresses?
No, to protect our customers and ourselves we will not accept these types of address due to the high instances of orders not showing being received. If an order is placed by having one of these addresses, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping info on all orders. Any additional charges incurred for returns or extra charges by the freight company due to erroneous information are at the BUYERS’ EXPENSE. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the event that your item arrives damaged, kindly notify us with clear and detailed photos WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery to facilitate a prompt resolution.
DELIVERY ISSUE
The tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package.
I have experienced more than once where the mail carrier discovered the package at the end of their shift, so they scanned as delivered and they deliver the next day.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless, IMMEDIATELY contact your local post office responsible for your deliveries and report the issue requesting the GPS COORDINATES of the delivery location. This will determine the exact address the package was delivered to so it can be retrieved or if there was a theft you will need to report to the police. Just remember the quicker an issue is addressed the better the outcome!

The Berries & Cream lotion is exactly as described. It is just like "Love Spell" which is sold by that big lingerie company. I have always loved that scent but I haven't loved the ingredients used by the big company. I am happy to purchase instead from a small woman-owned business. I also like that the lotion is in a jar instead of a tube so I can get all the product out and recycle or reuse the container. It was packed very securely and it came with some soap ends for me to try, which was a very nice surprise!

The Mango slushy smells great! It's a light fruity smell without being overpowering. I've gotten a few lotions and loved them all! Thank you so much for the extra soap samples, I'm using tangerine in the bathroom and it smells soooo good!

Jasmine is one of my favorite scents, and it is surprisingly difficult to find quality jasmine-scented items. This product has a glorious jasmine fragrance, and is creamy and moisturizing.

I cannot reliably find Moonlight Path at the store I formerly used. This makes me sad because it is one of my favorite fragrances. This lotion is a good duplicate. The store owner was kind and generous enough to include a sample-sized bar of Moonlight Path soap too.
