Do you ship to third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection addresses?
No, to protect our customers and ourselves we will not accept these types of address due to the high instances of orders not showing being received. If an order is placed by having one of these addresses, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping info on all orders. Any additional charges incurred for returns or extra charges by the freight company due to erroneous information are at the BUYERS’ EXPENSE. DELIVERY ISSUE
The tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package.
I have experienced more than once where the mail carrier discovered the package at the end of their shift, so they scanned as delivered and they deliver the next day.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless, IMMEDIATELY contact your local post office responsible for your deliveries and report the issue requesting the GPS COORDINATES of the delivery location. This will determine the exact address the package was delivered to so it can be retrieved or if there was a theft you will need to report to the police. Just remember the quicker an issue is addressed the better the outcome!

My go-to for a great face moisturizer! I've bought this a few times and will continue to do so. It isn't heavy at all but does the job. Shipping is always fast and everything is packaged well. I appreciate the soap samples, I love those as well, esp the cotton candy one. Thank you!

I was running low on my face lotion and needed to get some more. This is my 2nd container. It definitely does the job! I can be sensitive to some face creams, but this one is perfect. Helps with dryness and does not break me out. I hope you never stop making this! My skin loves it, and thank you for the samples of soap. I love all the scents! Definitely Amber Romance!! It's such a warm and comforting scent. I highly recommend this lovely shop!
