Energy consists of a blend of Lime, Grapefruit, Tangerine & Spearmint Essential Oils then blended in Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Directions: Shake Well before use to ensure the essential oils are properly mixed. Then apply to pressure points on the body, such as the wrist, temples, neck, and behind ears.
