Each shower steamer contains the essential oil blend of Eucalyptus and peppermint along with ground menthol crystals that will help open your sinuses when congested. They will provide soothing relief so you can breathe easier.

Directions: Place on ledge or back of Shower stall out of direct water stream. Allow the moisture of the steam or drizzle some water onto the steamer to activate the shower tab.
If used as directed you should get 2 - 3 uses per tablet.
